External Instrument window weird behavior

I'm aware that when we have a window open, for example the ES2, and we then create a new track and insert another ES2, they show as a stack. The second window is placed a little bit to the bottom and a little bit to the right, so we can see both.

Now when I close both, add a 3rd track and add another ES2, that window now opens up exactly where the 1st one was. it resets the position.

What I'm experiencing with the External Instrument plugin is that every new instance of it that I add, it keeps moving the window lower and lower (and to the right) until it's barely visible (this is the bottom of my screen):

The only way to go back to normal is to close Logic and open it again.

Anyone experiencing this?
