Changing Drummer, changes tempo? [SOLVED]

UPDATE: If the project is new and I haven't set the tempo manually, it will keep changing the tempo based on the drummer. Once I double clicked the tempo and picked a specific number (for example 95), all drummers stayed at 95 bpm

 

I think I used DRUMMER once or twice, but I'm willing to explore it a bit more.

So I created a new Drummer track and it automatically creates the region. I locked the options that keep the drum kit and the settings when changing drummers. Now when I go to the Library and select a new drummer, the tempo of the project changes. For example Kyle is at 110 whereas Anders changes the tempo to 80.

How to change drummers, but keep the tempo?
