GuyBorlander
Hi Guys, when I am loading a track that has had a lot of files bounced in place (I do this because I am always re bouncing and changing audio files etc) it seems to be and process hundreds of previous files that are long gone and deleted (I have used the management tool to clear up unused files as well) where are all these deleted files being stored? I should only need logic to load the remaining final audio files that have been bounced in place and left in my project. I want to clear the projects memory of deleted files so it doesn't have to try and load them if that makes sense
Atlas007
Have you checked in the project audio browser if the audio files are still there?
GuyBorlander
YES! I have opened the browser and deleted all unused files. I thought I was doing this when I was deleting files using the Clean Up button under project management... I have just realised that deleting unused files from audio browser moves them to the clean up cache library - then you can delete them properly... have been using logic for 4 years and I always assumed files you delete in the project are automatically cleared but they are kept hidden waiting for you to manually delete if needed (Brilliant!) thank you !
