samlogic
I was editing a Logic instrument track, (called Brass Section) after double-clicking it, and finishing somehow it became the only MIDI or Logic instrument track that is accessible in the editor. After I was done editing the Brass Section, I selected another track (A Choir track), and it still kept showing the "Brass Section" edit window. Even though that one was no longer selected, and I was clicking on the Choir track bubble (which should have automatically opened the piano roll editor). I eventually copied, then deleted the original Brass section track, thinking it was something with that track. But now, when i double-click any MIDI or instrument track, I get the Piano roll, but no MIDI data. How can that happen? After editing one MIIDI track EVERY double click defaults to that one track - then after it is deleted, no MIDI data is visible in the editor? I am totally stumped// I must have hit some setting, but I do not know what I did.
Solution David Nahmani Posted July 20, 2022 Solution Share Posted July 20, 2022 Make sure you turn on the Link mode in the Piano Roll (View > Link)?
