paulcristo Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 I think your music is splendid as a piece of music. It sounds very mature. I like the dry aesthetic. The problem with mixing dry is it's harder to hide the seams of the samples. Some of the strings and brass felt like they were always in their "loud" mode, and could use another pass on the transitions between notes and phrases. Great work overall. It's hard to provide feedback as a scoring to picture study because the video doesn't really have much of a narrative and therefore there's not really much for you to score. And too short (because your music is realy nice and I understand you had to comply with length of video!) BTW do you have the link to this video, sometime I enjoy to work on this kind of stuff.
