Mossyback
I’m at the point of learning to put loops into track view. When I search in the loops (Genre), Beaks Bump 01 doesn’t show up. How do I find it?
des99
That loop is in the Jam Pack "Remix Tools", so check whether you have that installed on your system.
Mossyback
I went to the Sound Library and opened the manager and selected “all uninstalled”. I just finished that download and everything is installed. Still, Breaks Bump is not showing up in Genre for Jam Pack or Remix Tools. Solution des99 Posted July 24, 2022 Solution Share Posted July 24, 2022 (edited) In your "Jam Pack Remix Tools" folder in your Apple Loops folder on disk, how many loops do you have in there? Mine is 2230 items... And in my loop browser: Note: the Remix Tools jam pack is in the Legacy content in the Sound Library Manager, so verify that's being shown as Installed, not Incomplete... Mossyback
Where do I look for this? BTW under loop packs Jam Pack and Remix Tools are listed separately.
des99
The pictures I posted above are from the Loop Browser, and the Download Manager. If you mean, "where are Apple Loops stored on my system" it depends where you have installed your Logic content to. If you have just installed it in the default system locations they are in /Library/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple/ by default.

Good to hear you resolved your issue (and thanks des99 for helping). To avoid any issues like this when working with the book, make sure you have absolutely all the content installed along with a default install (default Key Commands etc...) as detailed in the "Getting Started" section of the book. But if you run in any other issues don't hesitate to ask here of course.
