Michael Babcock Posted August 1, 2022 Share Posted August 1, 2022 I just installed fab filter Twin 2 synth. I can select it as a software instrument. It makes proper sound. The problem is when I arm it and hit “R” it doesn’t record. The playhead turns red and moves. But no recording takes place. Photo attached is in record mode. Thank you in advance for any help. Solution des99 Posted August 1, 2022 Solution Share Posted August 1, 2022 Can you confirm you can play the plugin from your master keyboard when Logic is not recording? Or does that not make a sound either? On a hunch - if you are trying to record notes by pressing the virtual keyboard graphics with a mouse on the interface, it doesn't work like that. If you don't have a master keyboard, you can use Logic's "Musical Typing" keyboard feature to play notes from your computer keyboard. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
