apricotandpearjam
hi all. currently i have a key command to create a new audio track but would love to be able to create a new audio track with input 1 and another for input 2. is there either a way to do this or a key command to change the track input quickly without having to click? i work super fast and this would really speed things up for me. cheers! David Nahmani
The only way I can think of would be to create a macro using 3rd party software like Keyboard Maestro.
apricotandpearjam
thanks. how would you suggest implementing this if there isn’t a key command for switching audio track inputs?
David Nahmani
Just now, apricotandpearjam said: how would you suggest implementing this if there isn’t a key command for switching audio track inputs? I suppose that there's a way to program a macro that opens the new track dialog and selects the desired input from the input pop-up menu. David Nahmani
Yes, definitely! I was surprised to find out there isn't such a command already.
