Producer Kits: Bounce to individual audio tracks or mix as midi?

I am ready to mix and wondering what to do with my midi drums. Usually I would take each drum (snare, kick, etc) to a new audio track. One to save processing power and to have a track for each drum. However, the producer kits seem to add a lot of options, like overheads and room sounds that normal midi kits don't have as well as having a track for each drum.

Do you keep the producer kit up while mixing or bounce each individual track?

Cheers

if you're putting plugins on each drum piece anyway, it doesn't really matter whether the source is an audiofile file playing from disk, or an audiofile playing from ram (sampler). The Logic samplers are all very lightweight on CPU use - the bigger drain on CPU power will be the plugins you put on the channels themselves.
