Unable to bounce second loop pass

Hi,

can someone please advise how to enable bounce second loop pass in the bounce in place menu?

I have previously used this feature but am unable to use it now as the checkbox is greyed out, both on 10.7.4 (Monterey) and on 10.6 (Catalina)

I'm not the only one: I have tried to find the answer on google to no avail.

Is "Realtime" selected in the Bounce window rather than Offline?

That works only for the main Bounce window (File > Bounce > Project or Section), not for the Bounce in Place function. In fact after you select it in the main Bounce window, the option appears checked in the BIP window but still grayed out and does not work: 

On the other hand, you can select it in the Live Loops grid's BIP window:

I feel sure that "second cycle pass" was a (tickable) region bounce option in the arrange window at some point in the past, but can't find anything to support that! Was it in Logic 9?

That option wasn't available before Logic Pro 10.6. I just tried firing up older versions and couldn't select it in any of the versions when bouncing from the Tracks area. It seems to be only for the Live Loops grid.

I can now confirm that this option is meant to be available only for Live Loops.

Thank you @David Nahmani - this seems to be a classic case of my memory making up a feature that was never there.

@TED209, you're not losing it... I'm trying to solve this as it would be really handy for exporting game audio loops and I also remember it as an option!

In fact, it was causing a problem on this website in 2015, apparently:
