I only want it to affect the Tempo not start playing on the 5th or 9th tap. I also think the tap tempo needs some work, it is not super accurate and is finicky. You can open a Sampler and not even load anything, but then add BPM counter to the channel, then you have a quick tap tempo that doesn't interfere add all... you can even turn off the output, it will still measure it...
