Weird transient detection (picture)

Hi,

please have a look at the black dots in the picture. The audio region is made via a 1/8 delay with uppitching effect. Then I removed automatically the silence.

#1 object: the dot is way too far before the signal starts

#2+3: the dots are accurate. 

Why are they one time not, and 2 times accurate? The length of the region #1 overlaps (by incident?) exactly till the next signal starts, where the black dot is. 

But what does this mean?
