Can you provide some details about the system you are running, your audio interface, your sample rate etc?

Does it happen if you don't use your audio interface, and just use the inbuilt audio on your Mac?

Can you describe what "out of tune instruments" is in more detail - is everything off by a constant amount, or some instruments are randomly tuned, or does the tuning of one particular instrument warble up and down etc? Do audio files sound at the pitch/speed they should be, or are they fine and it's just MIDI instruments? Does it happen if you disconnect any MIDI controllers you are having?

My MacBook is a brand new laptop with M1 chip, running Ventura Ventura 13.2. Apple M1 Max 64 GB with 2TB of storage.

The out tune is random, and yes, sometimes is a warble effect, mainly on pads. The out of tune happens once in a while and it sounds like a 1/4 of tone lower in pitch.

Tks

Are there any MIDI devices connected to your Mac? If yes, turn them off and try working without them for a while.

Or if you prefer, monitor the incoming MIDI data to double-check that no device is sending pitchbend data. To do that, click the little down arrow symbol to the right in the LCD display and choose Custom. Where it says "No in" is a MIDI In monitor. Use that to see if a device is sending stray controller events.
