Problems installing sound library on Monterey

Hello. I have a new mac OS (Monterey 12.6.1) and there's no way that I can install any part of the sound library.

I changed the path for the sounds of the library to another SSD, wich is empty, but i have no succes. I've tried to download all the pack together or in small pieces, neither works. It downloads all the data and when it reaches the end, this messages pop up:

Hi Nipper,

This is/was a known issue affecting users on Monterey with a versions of Logic below 10.7.4, so make sure you're on 10.7.4 or newer (these days you will only be able to download the latest, so 10.7.7 at the time of writing this post).

Hi Jordi, thanks for your answer.

For reasons of compatibility with other people projects and systems, I have to work on Logic 10.4.

I can install Logic 10.7 if this helps on installing the sounds, but my projects will be on 10.4 version. I don't know if this could solve it.

It's not a small issue as I see, hard to believe nobody fixed this.

Hi @Nipper,

Sure, you could try keeping a copy of version 10.4.x (personally I duplicate then rename the copy Logic Pro 10.x.x) then upgrade to the latest version.

Hopefully after downloading the sound library through 10.7.7 you’ll have it working for 10.4.x too.

So that worked. I installed all the sound library thru logic 10.7 and now I can use it too in Logic 10.4
