Audio track with numerous takes. It is now appearing grayed out with blue dot and cast only hear last take.

I have an audio track with numerous takes. It is now appearing grayed out with a blue dot in the region next to the region name. I can't get the region to play. The track is not muted and as best I can tell neither is the region. Any thoughts?

More info would surely be helpful. Can you at least provide a screenshot of your project? Ideally, upload the project itself.

The blue dot does indicate that the region is muted. Select the region and press Control-M or click the region with the Mute tool. 

If that doesn't resolve it, attach a screenshot.
