apricotandpearjam Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 hi. i have a large logic template with all my tracks ready to go but none of the plugins are loaded because i have it so that the plugins needed for project playback are the only ones which load. the issue im having is that its taking minutes to open the project file / template even though none of the plugins are loaded. ive manually turned all the plugins off and it still takes ages to load. any ideas about how to get the session open asap? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution des99 Posted February 8, 2023 Solution Share Posted February 8, 2023 (edited) From that screenshot, your plugins are bypassed, not turned off, so they will all be loading by default. (White plugin names on grey insert). (Presumably you have the "Only load plugins needed for playback" preference checked, which may mean some won't be loading and will help.) Try turning off the tracks with the track power button, and resaving the template, and seeing whether it makes a difference - then plugins shouldn't be loaded when you load the project (grey plugin names on grey insert).
