Previous take not muting cycle audio record

I've been recording multiple takes for years with cycle-on set to "create take folder." It has always done what it should, that is, mute the previous take on the next cycle. All the sudden it's not muting the previous take. I've looked in every setting I can think of, and it looks like it always has. Looked in Project Settings>Audio, and Preferences>Audio. I probably set something differently but I don't know what. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. What I'm saying is that I can still hear the audio on subsequent passes, which obviously isn't how it's supposed to work. I've been doing this for years and never had that problem.

So let's say you start a recording in cycle mode, while you're recording the 2nd take (2nd pass of the Cycle area), you can hear the 1st take you just recorded?

Is Logic recording take folders as expected?
