hkremer
As you can see by this video, Logic Remote randomly selects a track but never the one I actually click on. Then I get Invalid Region number. I restarted Logic, restarted Logic Remote, can't get it to work. Also this morning, all cells in a track of Live Loops on the Mac disappeared and I had to restart Logic to get them back. I would like to use Logic Remote for live YouTube stuff on one of my channels, but it seems so buggy that I can't imagine doing it at this point. I'm looking at the Ableton/Push route, but would much rather use Logic and Logic Remote. ,
polanoid
I wonder how to replicate this behaviour. Don't see it happening here. Can you post an example project? Or at least a screenshot of the Logic project?
hkremer
I loaded a logic template loops project in, and at first it was doing the same thing, then it started working properly. Lots of "me too" on this report: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254348530, but no solutions. Likely a bug, but hoping it's not pervasive with Logic Remote. hkremer
Yeah, might not be a remote thing. It doesn't do it on the Mac, but who knows. Gremlins
hkremer
With all of polanoid's excellent advice I was off on a test run this morning with some mess around cells and longer solos in the arrange window, but then this happened again. It's a brand new iPad 12.9", not necessarily that that would have anything to do with it. I'll call Apple and see if I can talk with someone in Logic. It's a problem with either Logic or Logic Remote.
Solution hkremer Posted March 10 Author Solution Share Posted March 10 Problem solved. There was a Launchpad control surface still in prefs. I deleted that and it's working.
