Sir Hannes
Hi, how to force logic to follow my midi-object selections in the arrange-window if the pianorole is open? Right now it's not automatically. I have to place the playhead at the end (!) of the midi object, which is not what I would expect. view piano role.mp4
Atlas007
Could that be related to the set Link view ? There are also many and useful navigation (Go To…) key commands that would instantly place the playhead at the desired spots. (i.e. Go to Selection End : …Control-↘)
David Nahmani
In the Piano Roll's menu, choose View > Selected Regions.

The view of the 2nd region is still not in focus. 18 hours ago, Atlas007 said: Could that be related to the set Link view ? I never use or change that feature (never saw a feature there ;-). I do not want to use a key command, if I select a region. From my point of view it should be logic, that a selection of a midi region forces the piano role to focus on that. What reason is there to show me a blank field with some midi events on the far right (or left) corner?

rAC
Not at my computer but shouldn’t the link symbol be purple?

But when the Link button is on (yellow), selecting a single region should display only that region.
