"Delete files" Is greyed out

Hi apaclin,

It depends on what you select. There you have selected regions. The file is represented by what contains the regions in the project browser, so in your case "EL GTR verse#08.aif" there with the disclosure triangle open and pointing downward.

If no region that references that file remains in your Tracks area, Select Unused should directly select the file:

As @Jordi Torres explained, you don't have any file selected, which is why the "Delete Files" command is grayed out. 

On your screenshot, what you've selected are regions, not files. You can press Delete on your keyboard to delete them.
