Tempo of vocal take all over the place after recording

Hi, everyone. I'm in need of some serious help. I'm having this wierd problem and I have no idea how to fix it.

When I do a vocal take in Logic Pro, I get insane amounts of latency. So I record in low latency mode, wherein I have no problems with latency, but when I listen back to the vocal take, its tempo is all over the place. It's slower than the tempo of the other tracks in some places, and then suddenly it starts rushing and moves faster than the other tracks. It sounds like warping tape (for those of you who remember recording with tape). What might be going on here? I only have one vocal track and one instrument track.

My setup: MacBook Pro 2018 32 GB RAM
Latest version of Logic Pro, latest MacOS
PreSonus AudioBox iTwo audio interface
Buffer size is set to 128

HELP!

Latest version is meaningless…

What tempo mode did you record in?

Did you enable Flex time?

Hey, Atlas!

Thanks for your reply. I'm recording in "keep tempo" mode. Flex Time is disabled. It sounds slow and laggy, like I'm drunk. Then suddenly it speeds up really fast. WTF?
