Hey all, recently brought a Macbook 2.0 Ghz 1G RAM...

I am getting into production, however i am unsure if i should risk it by getting Logic. I am worried about how difficult Logic is to learn. I was going to wait for Ableton Live 7. The price of it though compared to Logic Pro 8 seems WAY over priced and Logic seems better vaule with its plug-ins. Though with the opinion of Logic comes my worry for how difficult it is to use..

i wont be using any hardware only plug-ins

i know about all the no VST's and only AU's

only worry is how easy it is to use.. please help me??????

You can make it as simple or as complicated as you like. If you can read and have got half a brain you can use the manual and resources like this to sort out problems or even better find someone who already uses it to guide you for a while at the begining.

The software is deemed complicated because it is so deep but really it's not that hard and anyway with effort comes reward.

TDeSilva :),go ahead with Logic Studio , today Logic is more friendly and easy to use like never before

If you are be in practice with Cubase or others ,you have to spend just a few days to be good enough to work on your own projects

Good luck :)
