Mastering Assistant + Headphones

I think the most typical is to put the mastering assistant at the end of the chain, or perhaps sometimes with some other plug-in after.
But, there might be exceptions depending on what your creative visions are. So it is generally difficult to say that there is only one “correct” plug-in chain. Many iconic music production techniques has been born out of breaking what was at the time considered a rule or best practice.

Tools for calibrating your own listening environment would be put last, though, and removed before bounce.

Because if you put a headphone calibration tool before the mastering assistant, that will change the signal going in to mastering assistant, which will alter its analysis of your material and therefore alter the effect that it applies to your mix.
