fattymatthews
Hey Guys, I have this annoying problem, when i have Ultrabeat loaded up (multi instrument) and i load up my own wav files, when i click the 'play' button whilst im browsing for files to load, this gastly high pitched tone comes out my speakers. Its flippen annoying and sometimes it takes several unloads and then re loads of the sample files before it actually plays the file in browse mode. Anyone else expereinced this or know how to fix it? Or is this just another "feature" of logic?!??
Morerecords
No... maybe try batch converting all your wavs to aiffs, since I really onlyu use aiffs and I have no high pitched anything, I I would speculate that is the problem...
fattymatthews
Cheers for the reply dude. So now exactly how do I batch convert?! Im a bit of a novice. Do i need some sort of script file? And would i be right in saying? Once they are converted to Aiffs, i could import them into the apple loop browser? Morerecords
there are demos, you on't have to buy software, unless you rely on it. I use Bias Peak in the studio, but I think Wave editor has demos available too. You only should buy the software if you a reogin to useit, so try a demo first. Google "demo" "batch process" and see what comes up. As far as how to do batch processing, it's different for every software, but not too difficult
