audio wont work

im trying to play an organ old that i have plugged into my audio interface, i have it all configured in my auto load, so i know its all set up properly, but now when ever i open logic it wont work. and also the key command assigned for stop (return) wont work, i checked in the key commands page, and its still assigned. wtf?!?
