tedor2
Hi dear Reader, I wonder if someone could help me> How is it possible to use an audio samplers length as a metre, so that each sample when I loop it comes in an other bar? I hope it is easy... all the best! ted
David Nahmani
If it's a drum loop and you're happy with the way it loops and its original tempo, select it, drag a cycle of the desired length in the bar ruler (2 bar if it's a 2 bar loop) and in the main menu, choose: Options > Tempo > Adjust Tempo Using Region Length and Locators. tedor2
hi david, I think this on just adjusts the tempo of the track. I would like to keep the tempo, but with the sample (loop) in one bar. So I can make the drum loops easier for it... what do you think? ted
David Nahmani
Yes, that's what I understood. It will change the tempo of the project to fit the loop, not the other way around. Try it.
