hush
Hi. Ive had Logic 8 since it came out and im loving it for making music. But i still use PT for projects. One thing thats been bothering me (more today than when i first noticed it) is that there is a limit on how much i can zoom out. Im working on a mixtape and i thought id give it a try in Logic for mobile reasons and that is something that really bothers me. Is there a preference that changes the limit on zooming out, or is that limit? Thankz, ONe L
rob glow
The minimum zoom level is as far as it goes. No preferences for anything like that...
David Nahmani
Maybe Waveburner would be a better tool for that job?
rob glow
Yep, I always use Waveburner for figuring out tracklistings. Nice and easy to use, if a little fiddly... Should be ideal for creating a mix tape.
Ricey
one trick is to set yout tempo to 5 BPM - i do this when digitizing a half hour of mixes from the tape machine
hush
Yea, i guess thats right, WaveBurner would be better to use. Im just not as good using that yet, need more practice. Still though i think its annoying that you cant zoom out all the way to view your whole project, event if its not a mixtape, but working on a movie, not being able to zoom out all the way is kinda dumb. my opinion. Logic 7 and Pro Tools let you. So does waveburner Thankz all, ONe L
