T.Rex Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 It has been my experience several times now, that these kinds of errors during long installations are usually caused by out of spec RAM. I've found this out the hard way, and it's especially annoying because it's hard to diagnose and usually the last thing you think of. Solution? Take out the RAM upgrade module and try the installation again. Both times I've had this happen to me, the vendor I purchased the RAM from swapped the bad for good, for free.
