bobz333 Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 got a real strange one... im on l7 with a mk1 828. everythings been fine forever until two days ago evrything i record is badly latent. however the latency shifts amount ever recording and also wierdest of all if i write say a 4bar loop on an exs them bounce it to put back into the arrange as audio, i starts and ends exactly on the markers but is still out of time...................????????????? anyone??????? David Nahmani Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 You know the lower your i/o buffer settings, the less latency you'll get, right? Audio>Audio Hardware and Drivers, under "i/o buffers size". Try something like 128 if you can get away with it (smaller sizes increase the strain on the CPU and may produce cracks and pops in your monitoring chain).
