Boy, something so incredibly basic should not be a feature you have to go searching for. It should be clear as day, already out there IMO. Thank you for spelling this out cause I didn't know where it was either. I am finding some goofy stuff like this in Logic. Once you know these things it's ok but this is such a basic and important component of quantizing that it should already be visually apparent by default (once again IMO).
