Can't find 2408 inputs in Logic.

Hello.

I just bought Logic Studio. I've been a DP user for years and have a MOTU 2408.

I've searched the manuals but can't find any way to see the inputs of the 2408 in Logic. When I go to the inputs of an audio track I get 18 analog ins and a bunch of busses. The 2408 has 8 analogs, 8 adats and 2 spdifs.

I've checked the preferences and setup for audio and my PCI 424 card is selected so I would have thought that would bring up the inputs, but no.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

I'm on a dual core G5 running Tiger with 2gigs ram.

open up cue mix and in one of the preferences you have to enable the inputs and ouputs for all 3 banks by clicking on the check boxes. that should work. i'll double check again in a bit coz i sold my 2408 like a month ago. but as far as i recall tahts how you do it. will get back to you in a bit.

You are not seeing 18 analogue inputs.

You are seeing the inputs as assigned in the banks in the PCI Console (not Cue Mix).

Inputs 1-8 = Bank A - Analogue

Inputs 9-16 = Bank B - ADAT

Inputs 17 & 18 = Bank C - SPDIF
