stephentrask
Is this collection worthwhile? I am so tempted. I do own a MiniMoog but the thought of having all these sounds at my finger tips seems pretty cool. Are they all that? Are there any good collections of sounds for the Logic plug-ins that can do the same job? I am a lazy knob tweaker.

stephentrask
Thank you. I think I will order it today. Yesterday after endless frustration with the Logic synths, a feeling I have never really had, I got up off my butt and turned on my Moog Voyager and started playing the part I was working on. Man, that thing sounds great. If I could get that sound with the convenience of a soft synth I'd be in heaven.
stephentrask
Well, I bought it and I am writing this post to unequivocally add my own endorsement of any purchase of this product. Every sound is an utter joy. I put them on a track and they sound great from the very first moment. And mixing is a breeze with these sounds. They sit so nicely with guitars and drums. What a pleasure. For years I have read complaints on various blogs and support sites about the lack of warmth to Loigc's bundled synths. I have always poo pooed the complaints and have had a great time using those things. But lately I have been stringing to write synth music with the bundled sounds. Maybe I finally have developed my palette enough to tell the difference. The only complaints I have are the following: the install and authorization process is a joke. It was like being in OS9. The plug-ins sap resources like Altiverb on my old G4 laptop. And they strain the graphics card to t the point that Logic starts acting funny. And not funny ha ha. the last problem can be fixed by closing a project and reopening it.
