Gunslinger
I have a chord sequence in the arrange window which is controlling an arpeggiator in the Environment. I have setup the EVP88 as the instrument & I can set it all up in the environment just fine. The arp play just as expected. The channel strip appears on the mixer in the Environment & can add effects, inserts etc... However, the channel does not appear in the main mix window, just the arp blank channel strip. Also, Instrument 9 (the arp) has the fader pulled down on my Mackie CU & won't let me push it up even though the instrument is clearly audible. Anybody know how to make the EVP88 &/OR arp appear as a moveable & assignable channel in the main mix window & on an external control surface??? David Nahmani
Select an unused track, or create a new track, and drag and drop the channel strip from the environment to your arrange window. If that doesn't work, click it with the MIDI Thru tool in the environment - to assign it to the selected Arrange track. You'll have the Arpeggio track with the MIDI notes, and the EVP 88 channel strip in the Mixer.
Gunslinger
Dude! Valley Village! I used to live in Toluca Lake. I'm in Burbank now. Howdy neighbor! Thanks. I ended up deleting the channel in the environment & adding an identical channel in the arrange mixer, which also appeared in the Environment. I wired the arp as before. It worked fine. I trid the drag & drop thing, but no joy.
