dylanforce
I have a project that i want to split into three different actual songs without a gap in between them, like you hear on a lot of albums. How would i go about doing this?
DaniGordon
Well, actually this (almost) has nothing to do with Logic. Use Waveburner or any other CD burner to do that. The only thing you may need to do in Logic - if the project you wanna split has only one big region - is exporting/bouncing each part you want to burn as a contiguous tracks on the CD. Or if the project has a lot of tracks recorded, export the bounce the whole song and use Waveburner to edit the number of CD tracks you want. If I understand correctly, this thing you wanna do is made in CD burner or mastering programs, like Waveburner.

I've never used Waveburner before; do i import the logic project file into Waveburner, or bounce the project as raw audio and then import it to WB? shivermetimbers
You should at least read this 1st, then ask questions http://manuals.info.apple.com/en/WaveBurner_1.5_User_Manual.pdf
ski
FWIW, Waveburner is (pretty much) dirt simple to use. The most difficult point of operation is moving the little "flags" that separate the start of a pause from the start of the actual audio region. But otherwise it's cake. Or is that pie? Anyway, check it out. Won't take you but 15 minutes to learn if you read the (brief) manual while carrying out the functions described.
