teamworkmammal
i know its lazy, but i like that the adaptive limiter removes dc, but i want to use another limiter on my master bus. if i set everything to zero, and my levels are showing up at about -6 on the input and output w/ in the limiter, is the audio being affected? it should only affect it if levels pass the threshold, right? Holger Lagerfeldt
Don't use the remove DC Offset function, it's basically a 20 Hz filter with lousy phase response. It'll very likely do the opposite of what you want i.e. reduce your headroom - not improve it. Also it will change the sound for the worse as the phase shifts. Instead use a high quality low cut in the beginning of your mastering chain.
