ComfortableInClouds
Hello, I am having difficulty figuring out time stretching/transposing for audio imports. In the manual, it says to bounce/export the clip and to check the box that puts the file into your audio bin. I have done that. Then I import the clip I just exported and click on the region. The manual says in the inspector options for time stretching/transposing should appear, but nothing of the sort is there. In the inspector i see options for loop, fade in, fade out (with their respective curves) and delay, but nothing dealing with tempo/transposition. Any advice? silvertonesx24
that functionally only works with files recorded in logic. with bounces or imports you will need to manually option-drag to stretch to desired length

If you bounce you have to check that the normalize option isn't enabled! OR Instead of bouncing... Set the output of your track with the desired Audio to Bus 1 Create a new track and set its input to Bus 1. Rec enable. Press Record and you should now have a new Audiofile with the Follow Tempo box.
