mywordsaidmat
I've got a lot of audio unit effects that i'd like to sort into folders like the Apple ones (e.g. delay, modulation, EQ) rather than the manufacturer's name. does anyone know how i'd do this? i'm using Logic 7. thanks thanks thanks! Stevo Da Devo
I'm more interested to know how to avoid having third party plugin files all over the HD. It seems as though they install stuff everywhere, especially the NI stuff. If anyone has a way of keeping it organized I'd love to know.
Holger Lagerfeldt
I don't think that's possible. And I can't recommend moving plug-ins or folders around. It's a sure way to f*ck up your system. Concerning Apple's own, they directly warn against it in the manual. NI installations can cause some real system wide trouble if moved around, I've seen this happen twice.
