Anowrexiya
Hi, I've recently made the switch to doing most of my monitoring when i record using hardware rather than software. I have setup a rudimentary effects loop for the purposes of monitoring (Still recording dry so i can mix properly at a later point) and was wondering whether anyone had any recommendations for a reasonable multi-effects unit that i could use in this chain. My main focus is going to be on vocals and guitars with the occasional bassline or synth part. It doesnt need to be the best , just something to give me a rough idea what the final part will sound like when im playing and to inspire the performance a bit better. I had looked briefly at the behringer virtualiser unit and the lexicon mx200, has anyone got any particular views on either of these or anything similar? Anowrexiya
I finally settled on the mx200 with the chaos pad after it for some crazyness if needed and the mx200 is totally great. Finally i can record with next to zero latency and a nice non-dry vocal sound.
