Hey is there a way to times-temp wave files in logic?

If you record in Broadcast Wave format, all the recordings are automatically stamped, it's a standard feature of the format.

Thanks but what if i imported them into a session could i still stamp them somehow?

Rerecord them: route the track to a bus and record the bus on another track.
