stretch179
Is there any way to record for a set amount of time? Perhaps I want to record off the radio for an hour but I have to leave my house- can I set Logic to record for 1 hr? I can do this in Pro Tools, but not sure about Logic. I can't figure it out in Ableton Live either. THX! A

stretch179
I clearly need to read up. In hindsight, it was a stupid question, and I might punch myself.
1pauper1
there is a per track time limit depending on samplerate and filetype. CAF gets more bang for your buck than WAVE or AIFF. without looking it up i think if you only need one hour they should all work ok.

That's the big advantage of Autopunch: it's automatic, you don't have to punch yourself, it does it for you. j/k
