rakhjones
Hi. Two questions here. First: 1. Can someone send me or post Acoustic Picking 29.aiff for Logic Pro 8 and 2. Why is it that when I attempt to convert an apple loop region into a new audio file I get a highly distorted version of that loop as the new file. In reference to question one, I don't even know where to begin. I made a song today... Basically, I bounced the project and noticed this weird wood like knocking noise going on. I reopened the project and solo'd all the tracks and out of NOWHERE, it turns out to be coming from the guitar loop I'd used. I reiterate, NOWHERE. I rechecked the file in the media window, strange knocking. I searched the hard drive for the file, strange knocking. Finally I just zoomed in and deleted noise from the waveform. This is where question two comes in... When I tried to convert the regions into new audio files so that I could merge the three separate regions that were created by my coarse editing, I got a wacked out distorted, physically shortened version of the original region. If there is a way to crossfade without creating a new file, please, let me know. I appreciate any effort that is made to answer these questions. rakhjones
Here's an mp3 of the file, Acoustic Picking 29. It's tagged .cs, but you can just delete that and put .mp3 to open it. Acoustic Picking 29.cs

rakhjones
Why is it that when I attempt to convert an edited apple loop region into a new audio file I get a highly distorted version of that loop as the new file? The waveform is shorter and it plays at a higher pitch. Is there a simple solution to this issue? Rakh
