logicnotquiteproyetuser
I am attempting to ultimately re-record my old sequences from the Triton into Logic. So when I recorded the first track in the sequence, the piano part, everything seemed cool. But when I tried to record the second track, the bass part, the first track played the bass part! So it seemed as if I were recording the bass part over the bass part. What could possibly make this happen and how can I re-record my sequences from the Triton correctly? route-electrique
I do not own Korg Triton - only Z1, but it seems like a midi channel problem. Try putting every part on different midi ch. If i understanded right, your piano part (midi notes) was playing bass sound from Triton ?. Actually this is hilarious why i',m even replying to this, since i dont own Logic, i'm just moving to Mac world .
Bauermusic
Make sure your Korg isn't sending midi program changes. It sounds like when you go to the bass track, your Korg is sending a midi channel program change to the first channel.
