bobbybass Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 hey all- generally all my usb midi devices are directly connected to the cpu. ive run out of available ports, and am wondering overall if its better be directly connected or if there is no difference being connected to a powered bus or back of cinema display etc. coming from pcs, i know this was a big nono to use a hub. am wondering if the same applies to OSX or is irrelevant. need to connect a mpd 32 and arturia analog factory kybd. any tips appreciated, searched but couldnt really find anything relevant.
