click when looping-tried everything but it's still there

I'm new to logic. I'm trying to get familiar with the editing functions but I'm having a tough time getting the loops to loop smoothly. I have the start and end of the region in zero crossings but it still clicks always on the left channel whenever the loop restarts.

 

Strange thing is that sometimes preciweing in the editor gives a smooth transition but when listening to the region in the arrangement there is still a click. only with really long fades is that I'm able to make it disappear.

 

It seems like a bug to me but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Do you have any ideas of what may be?

Apply destructive fade-in and fade-out on the loop in the sample editor. If it sounds good when previewing while looping in the sample editor, it should sound exactly the same when looped in the Arrange. Make sure you're looping the whole length of the loop?
