danCrouch
I have just discovered how to draw in automation to tell my keyboards to open and close filters etc. Is it possible to copy the drawn lines from one track to another. I have tried but it copies whole part. Cheers, Dan.
David Nahmani
What you could do is use Options > Track Automation > Move Current Track Automation Data to Region, then copy the region onto the other track.

buzwah
Another way I found even easier way to use. Go to your source track Command click the level meter in the track header, it will highlight the current visible Automation. Command + C to copy then go to your destination track and Command + V to paste. Done!

What I understood from the OP is that he did not want to copy the whole part (the whole automation track?), but just a section of the automation. Otherwise of course that's much easier.
