guavadude
I'm exporting to a movie and it's been working fine, but on this track there's a "thup" low noise at the start. I've even added a fade in on the master output thinking for sure this would cure it, and it's still there. It's not present when I bounce the audio only. I'm not using the audio embedded in the movie, so that's not it. I know Logic is kinda jicky on bounces,....you have to make sure nothing was ringing out before you stop and try to bounce, which I hope they cure someday. Anyway around this. thanks
estorian
Try adding a gate controled with automation on "problem" part
simpleton
you could try a version of the movie that doesn't have audio.
camillo jr
I know Logic is kinda jicky on bounces,....you have to make sure nothing was ringing out before you stop and try to bounce, which I hope they cure someday. Anyway around this. thanks Try starting from the top and then hitting return twice. That can clear the buffer so you don't get the blips and verb tails. This will only work if you have a bar or two of silence at the top of your tune.
dkgross
good suggestion. As a general rule (when not scoring to picture), I start my songs at bar 3 to have that little buffer at the head.
guavadude
thanks guys. I always start at bar 3 as well. The double Return is a good tip. I ended up making the master vol fade in at beginning a little longer. Since the video faded up from black it worked fine. thanks again
David Nahmani
I usually have a few bars of silence at the end of my song, and make sure I play some of that silence (to finish all reverb tails...) before bouncing.
