Pindy
i have a Digidesign Command|8 connected for use with Pro Tools which seems to send controller data or notes (a lot of "1 C-2 127") to Logic's inputs. how can I shut off these ports in the environment? I don't need to use the Command|8 for Logic in any way, but it needs to be available for Pro Tools, which sometimes runs simultaneously. To be precise, it's coming from Port 1, which communicates with PT, leaving 2 ports open for use.
Pindy
I cabled the port 1 out of the PI object into a Transformer and filtered all data. This seems to work. Is there an easier way to do it?
David Nahmani
Just cable it into anything. A monitor or any neutral object would have sufficed.
