adamjmusic
Been trying to use my interface to monitor in logic but haven't been super successful. I also have had limited luck using the interface in standalone mode as well. Any pointers?
emilenitrate
Can you print signal to an audio track in Logic? Make sure you've got the latest driver update from M-Audio of course. Then make sure you've selected a mono audio track set to Input 2 if you're using the 1/4" front jack labeled guitar. I've found the signal to be very low level but perfectly acceptable for printing digital audio with Logic. Is your trouble isolated to the Solo or is it a problem with Guitar Rig? - Emile
adamjmusic
I can print the signal in logic, but only dry monitoring. I can't get jack to go through in standalone mode.
emilenitrate
If you are printing unprocessed signal to audio, it doesn't sound like a problem with the Solo, it sounds like you've got Logic monitoring misconfigured to me. Regarding GR in standalone, which version are you using and did you go into preferences and select the Solo? Logic will print your guitar track dry, but should play it back through GR as an insert as well as when you initially play. If you use another insert, such as a reverb, can you hear it when you play or in playback or hopefully both? - Emile
