darkstar
Hello, Being Cubase user, and new to Logic,I can't find where to program drums ... I found out that if I program inside sampler, tempo is not matching (and can't find where to fix it). Where can I program drums in Logic? Thanks

darkstar
Hello, here is what is confusing me : I used to work similar to ultrabeats programming windows (full view that you mentined),but I can;t figure how to program this and to have matching tempo, and to have virtual channel that is going with music arrangement (Sorry english is not my native language). If somebody here worked in cubase,he will understand what I mean . I can't figure how to disable playing one pattern in loop with ultrabeat, and to have it started & finished where I want . Beer Moth
You can choose the pattern in the drop down under the swing knob. If you want to do a new one choose an unused 'note' and click in the full view window to place your hits and kicks etc. This will now show as a seq in the drop down for that note. You can drag this seq to the arrange and loop/copy that as appropriate,and/or add different ones. Is that anything like the workflow you want? You'll need to turn the sequencer in UB off if you do it that way. You can also use notes C-1 up to trigger the patterns at given points.

Beer Moth
Glad it helped! Not too familiar with Cubase, and I don't use UB that much,so we both got lucky!
