untitled1100
hey a couple of weeks ago, I came across a post by someone here (I can't remember who...!!) that mentioned something about a new technology, perhaps comparable to Microsoft Touch? but it was aimed for the digital workstation market I think... or maybe that was just in the description in the message I'm not sure.. I've spent ages searching for this, but can't seem to find it, so was wondering if the original poster might be reading this, and remember and (hopefully) say "yes I wrote that!" so that I can find it again! haha cheers, J. untitled1100
hmm I googled that, and no it wasn't it... when I compare it to microsoft touch, I don't really mean it physically looks like it, but it's similar in the sense that it's a new computer technology (that's no where near retail-ready, its still in its prototype stages) and it's used without a keyboard or mouse, but kind of "virtually" controlled with hand movements. I'm preeetty sure someone here posted a link to a video of some kind describing this technology, and I do think it was related to DAW, but again I'm not entirely sure.... It seemed really interesting, but at the time I could only skim through it as I was at work... I just wish I had bookmarked that link/post now!
